Our terms and conditions apply to all transactions on the urbanscents.co.uk website and are set out below. Please read through these carefully before placing your order.

We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.

We will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and send you a further email to confirm your order details. Please note that neither email is accepted of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place when the payment has been made.

Eligibility

Buying from urbanscents.co.uk is purely for trade customers (business to business). The following (but not limited to) conditions apply for eligibility to register a trade account on urbanscents.co.uk

1. You must be a perfume wholesale owner or a representative of a perfume wholesale business registered as a company or individual trader
2. You must be able to provide satisfactory proof if required, about your business, company registration number, proof of address or contact details or that you plan to start a new business in the perfume wholesale sector.
3. We reserve the right to accept or refuse your trade application to access urbanscents.co.uk or terminate your account if it remains inactive for 6 months.
